Photon/Caustics Map for Full Animation selected.

The Caustic mode you choosen is used for animated scenes. That means you have objects, light or textures animated. If your camera is animated (and nothing else!) set Photon/Caustics "Read Photons only"!

Rebus will render the Photon/Caustics map for each frame.

It causes different Photon/Caustics solutions per frame and could produce a so called "GI flicker".

To reduce the flicker you can raise the Photon/Caustics settings, but this is not a guarantee for a flicker free output.
